At Globally TED, we believe in the power of creative writing and human innovation to shape the visions, missions, and perspectives of current and future generations of innovators, movers, shapers, and impact leaders worldwide.
Globally TED'S STORY
In the words of Jean Narcisse Djaha, PhD, Global CEO of Globally TED:
"I founded Globally TED in response to an attempt to silence my pen and even discredit my professional integrity in the African diaspora across the United States of America. For several years, I have been blackmailed in many organizations and professional circles in the African diaspora in DC and America in general. The reason: many leaders still believe that I do not follow the status quo rooted in begging for professional growth and opportunities, exploitation of young talents, sexual exploitation, and the monopoly of international development opportunities by senior leaders."
"By creating this wonderful organization, I want to formally reject those who see a monopoly in economic and professional development opportunities in this great land. I also reject the actions of those who have taken pleasure in silencing and destroying rising leaders in the African diaspora in America. Please know that you targeted the wrong guy, and Globally TED is taking this fight to the next level of intellectual confrontation." Jean Narcisse Djaha, PhD, Globally TED Founder and CEO.
What We Strongly Reject
The Compromission of Core Human Values
Globally TED exists to challenge several senior leaders to stop compromising the values of young leaders in the US. For decades, thousands of young people have been denied opportunities simply because they are not in the diaspora status quo. We believe that values are cultural cornerstones. They should not be compromised to please someone else’s ambition and greed.
The Silencing of Human Innovation and Creativity
We formally reject the silencing of human creativity in the African diaspora in America and globally. We believe in the free will and willpower of every person to chart their way to success without being dictated to what to do with their future. That is why Globally TED works to help current and future generations of leaders activate their sense of creativity and innovation.
