The Next Young African Hero Fellowship Program is inspired by "The Next Young African Hero: Maximize Your Circle of Impact," a book I published in May 2025.

The book is also the result of long conversations I had with hundreds of people who insisted that I write a book. Those leaders, friends, and mentors who saw me grow from my little camp in San Pedro, Côte d'Ivoire, to becoming a young man on the road to success. The book is also the outcome of a long reflection on my life and a fierce question I have been asking myself for some time: Why do successful leaders often focus on the impact they can make in their communities and nations rather than the challenges they face down the road?

The Next Young African Hero Fellowship Program is powered by Globally X, a project of Africa-Israel Economic Cooperation Committee and the African Council on Foreign Relations.
